We note that Rabbi Soloveitchik from YU "got it" in hearings in Congress last February:

"Not only is this an outrageous violation of one denomination's religious freedom, but it's quite frightening to those of us of other religious denominations," said Rabbi Meir Soloveichik of Yeshiva University.

But I wonder how many of our fellow Jews will realize that along with insisting that Catholics provide abortion on demand to their students and staff, a re-elected Øbama will be just as happy to regulate our Kosher practices (under the guise of a Federal nutrition program), or force our Jewish Day Schools and Yeshivot to hire muslims and provide them halal meals.

Archdiocese of Washington reprimands priest for denying communion to a [BUDDHIST] lesbian... 

GAITHERSBURG, MARYLAND, February 29, 2012
A parish priest in Maryland, who denied communion to a woman who identified herself as a lesbian, has been publicly rebuked by the Archdiocese of Washington. 

Barbara Johnson attended her mother’s funeral last Saturday and introduced her lesbian partner to the priest before Mass. 

Fr. Marcel Guarnizo of St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland, covered the Host as she approached and told her, “I can’t give you Communion because you live with a woman, and in the eyes of the Church, that is a sin.”

Afterwards, she wrote him a letter telling him, “I will do everything in my power to see that you are removed from parish life so that you will not be permitted to harm any more families.”

More follow-up: Smells like a set-up...according to inside sources at the funeral mass, she knew before the funeral that the Priest was an outspoken pro-Life defender of traditional family values.

Nothing like using your mother's funeral to push your radical agenda...

I can't imagine any Jew doing something like this...
