Didn't Rahm Emanuel Vet "President" Hussein's Blasphemy?

Last night at the annual White House Correspondents' Association dinner, Hussein made the following quip (see video below):
"...my next 100 days will be so successful that I will be able to complete them in 72 days. And on the 73rd day, will rest..."
Yesterday's Torah Reading was Emor (Leviticus 21:1-24:23), and in the 7th aliyah we read:

"The son of an Israelite woman went out--and he was the son of an egyptian man--among the children of Israel; they fought in the camp, the son of the Israelite woman and an Israelite man. The son of the Israelite woman pronounced the Name and blasphemed--so they brought him to Moses... They placed him under guard to clarify for themselves through Hashem. Hashem Spoke to Moses, Saying: Remove the blasphemer to the outside of the camp, and all those who heard shall lean their hands upon his head:...

Didn't Rahm vet Hussein's remarks before the dinner? Did Rahm not hear or read the Parsha, or did he just not care?

Even the Noahchide laws forbid blasphemy..."Birchat HaShem: Prohibition on blasphemy and cursing the Name of G-d."

I guess we shouldn't expect our court jino to have any respect for Torah, when he has none for Israel (or America).
